My name is Adila “Adz” Ismail. Born and raised in a small town in South Africa, I learned to work hard from quite an early age and make my way through many obstacles that life had dealt me. For years, I lived with depression and pain stemming from an abusive and complicated childhood. I was never allowed a higher education, to go out with friends, or to have anything of what is considered to be a normal life. But, I never gave up hope during any of those difficult times and I continued to pursue the goals I set out for myself. Today, I have achieved more than I expected to. I have completed my BCOM Management degree, MBA in Marketing, traveled to 30 different countries, bungee jumped, sky dived, white water rafted, skied and even snorkeled in the Great Barrier Reef. I transformed my life further using dynamic yet simple techniques and have achieved far greater success through the power of coaching.
Now, I am a certified NLP Transformation Coach with an advanced diploma in NLP Coaching. Accreditation is through the ICF Coaching Academy (CCE Program), and is available to all my clients to review before commencing any coaching work. I work with clients that need assistance in transforming their lives and reaching their peak performance in life. Whether you have suffered from past trauma or just trying to find the right career path, my program will help you get clear on the best outcome for you, create a plan, and take action. I specialize in Leadership, Executive, Wellness and Life Coaching. My purpose is to help you achieve your dreams by using classic coaching and NLP tools and techniques to improve your life.
I am committed to generously sharing my knowledge, expertise, and resources that I have gained through the last 17 years. As a professional business and personal coach, I acknowledge and agree to honor my ethical obligation to my coaching clients, colleagues, and to the general public. I pledge to comply with the Code of Ethics, to treat people with dignity as independent and equal human beings.
My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style. Maya Angelou
